How would pledging effect my grades?

Students (or parents) worried about grades do not need to worry about pledging affecting the grades of a student. While pledging is important, we also realize that academics are important as well and have a room in our house for all brothers to study. In addition, a big brother is assigned to each new member, and he makes sure that the new member is doing well academically.
